
At Trafalgar Cape Town, we believe property management is about more than just administration — it is about building trust through presence. On Tuesday, July 23rd, our Cape Town team conducted a flyer drop campaign across Sea Point and Ocean View Drive. The goal was simple: to increase awareness among trustees, landlords, and residents about Trafalgar’s reliable and transparent property management services.
We visited numerous apartment complexes and sectional title buildings, delivering flyers to lobbies, mailboxes, and communal areas. While we were not promoting services directly on the spot, every interaction — whether with caretakers or residents — helped build visibility and trust in the community.
The flyers highlighted Trafalgar’s commitment to efficient building management, clear financial reporting, proactive maintenance coordination, and strong local support backed by a national team. This was just one step in our ongoing mission to stay connected to the neighbourhoods we serve.
