
After months of meticulous planning, late nights, countless coffee runs — and the occasional stress snack — we’re proud to announce that our Johannesburg branch officially went live with our new property management system Unibrowse on 1 August.
This marks a major milestone in our continued journey to enhance service delivery, streamline operations, and provide even greater value to our clients. The transition wasn’t without its challenges, but thanks to the dedication, resilience, and teamwork of our staff, the launch was a resounding success.

To mark the occasion and introduce our clients to the new system, we hosted a client webinar on 6 August, which saw a strong turnout of 125 attendees. The session was well-received, with excellent feedback and excitement from clients eager to explore the new system’s features and benefits.
