Century Property Developments, the company behind the Waterfall Estate and billions of rands’ worth of other residential developments in Midrand, has appointed national property management company Trafalgar to let and manage its luxury apartment developments in the area.
These include Crowthorne Luxury Apartments and the recently-launched Carlswald Luxury Apartments complex, which offers ultra-modern one, two and three-bedroom apartments in a low-rise development with excellent security and communal facilities.
“Located very close to the Mall of Africa and Waterfall City as well as the other developments taking place in the burgeoning Waterfall mixed-use precinct, these apartments are designed to meet the rising demand for quality urban-style accommodation in this area,” says Trafalgar MD Andrew Schaefer.

Rentals in the first phase of this project start from R6200 a month for one-bedroom units, R8200 for two-bedroom units and R11 600 a month for three-bedroom units, and 183 of the 237 units that have been completed are already let.
