Our Birdhaven team recently had the privilege of attending the Dainfern AGM, and what an engaging evening it turned out to be. We arrived early to create a welcoming space for residents, trustees, and homeowners, setting up branded items that gave the stand a vibrant, professional feel and made it easy for guests to spot us and stop for a chat.
Throughout the evening we connected with a wide range of community members, discussing everything from day-to-day estate management to long-term planning and support. Many visitors were curious about how Trafalgar’s experience in sectional title and HOA management could benefit Dainfern, and it was rewarding to share our expertise and hear about the community’s own goals.
The warm welcome we received from both residents and trustees was truly appreciated. Their questions and feedback gave us valuable insight into what matters most to the Dainfern community. We left the event inspired and excited about the possibilities for partnership and support in the months ahead.
